The scope of Engineering Performance for the Energy and Industry sectors covers the following:
Civil Work
Survey, Geotechnical studies, Plant Layout, Structural and Construction of concrete and steel structures of all power plants facilities and components.
Mechanical Work
- Rehabilitation and Erection of heavy industrial and aero derivative gas turbines and generating units including Turnkey projects on EPC basis .
- Erection of the Fuel and Water Treatment units and Construction of storage tanks (Water & Fuel) as well as all related fabrications of structural and piping work.
- Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and condition monitoring of Rotating & Reciprocating Equipments for power plants, oil &gas Petrochemical, and industrial plants.
- Testing, Inspection, and assessment of existing facilities.
Electrical Work
- Rehabilitation, Installation of Electrical Balance of Power Plant and Industries.
- The main Equipments include the following: Switchgears, Transformers, Low & Medium Voltage Substations, HT, LT & Control Cabling underground and aboveground, Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems, Battery Chargers, UPS and MCC.
- Testing, Inspection and Assessment of existing equipments.
Control & Instrumentation
- Turbine control system installation and maintenance work.
- Installation and maintenance of PLC, MW, RTU, DAS, & SCADA systems.
- Testing and commissioning
Warehouse and Tools
The warehouse is equipped with sufficient number of construction and plant installations equipment and tools including the electrical and instrumentation test equipment.
