PCC will develop relevant working procedures to provide accurate, timely, complete and meaningful information to assist in progress monitoring of the work plan and decision-making processes.
Project control is the process used in the management of the project to meet the desired schedule, cost criterion and to take the prevention action for deviations prior to occurrence.
The work plan shall control the following issues.
- Scheduling and Planning .
- Material Control and Management.
- Engineering and Document Control.
- Manpower Histograms and “S” Curves.
- Cost Control.
- Periodic reports and Reporting.
- Communication Means.
- Quality Management and Quality Assurance.
- Environmental ,Health and Safety Measures
Management control:
PCC conducts total services for project control including procurement , production and manufacturing QA/QC, Construction and Erection ,quality inspection and transportation to the client site, under a consistent structure providing responsibility throughout the services.
PCC services on procurements shall include Information Technology on Construction and Technical Training to cover systems, components and materials specifically in the following main sectors:
- Electrical Power Utilities.
- Oil and Gas Utilities.
- Infrastructure Development and Utilities.
The Management control of Procurement and Inspection covers:
- Procurement of items and services.
- Inspection at the Factories (FAT) .
- Non Conformance Report NCR and corrective actions
Training
In order to meet the requirements of Procurements and Installation work the scope of training, generally covers the client staff as well as the contractor staff. The training may covers all issues related to the Design, Procurements, Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance procedures.
The levels, schedule and detailed program for client staff training shall be based on the requirements as specified in the general and special conditions of the contract.
The training scope shall cover the following fields and teams :
